ClearSkin is the latest active for the aggressive treatment of acne. Finally, an easy solution to adding oil based actives to your formulas geared toward treating acne skin conditions.

ClearSkin delivers the anti-inflammatory power of Calendula and the pore cleansing power of the BHA (BetaHydroxyAcid) Salicylic Acid in a formula friendly base of the plant ester Caprylic Capric Triglycerides which also delivers clear and still soft and hydrated skin.

ClearSkin is the solution to the challenge of creating active treatments using the oil soluble active BHA Salicylic Acid for your acne clients and customers who are reluctant to use any oils or moisturizers for fear of aggravating their acne condition. Because acneic skin is not necessarily oily it's still important to not over dry the skin. If you over dry the skin the natural reaction will be for the skin to over react and produce excess oil in an attempt to correct itself, which will aggravate the acne condition. ClearSkin is delivered in a non irritating plant ester to keep the skin supple and hydrated without being oily.

ClearSkin is delivered in a base that was selected for both shelf stability and maximum compatibility with all other carriers and emulsifiers . It will sediment on standing which is expected and does not effect performance. Shake prior to addition to your base and then just proceed to standard form of mixing suitable to your base.

NOTE::: It's important when using this or any other AHA / BHA active ingredient in your products that you educate your customers and clients to the importance of acclimating their skin just in case of sensitivity to the acids.
