Texas Tax Exempt Registration

Please take a moment to complete this registration to list your company as a purchaser for whom we will not collect and pay Texas Sales Tax.  Please be reminded that this does not mean that the taxes are not still owed.  If you elect to forego the registration then Ingredients To Die For will collect your applicable tax and forward the collected tax to the state on your behalf.  If you elect to register then Ingredients To Die For will not collect the tax but the sales, for your company, will still be reported to the state and you will pay them directly.  

This is not a change to our usual operating procedures, we are simply shifting to a more automated feature.  We do apologize for any inconvenience.  If you have already registered with us you will still need to complete this form in order to continue to make purchases without having the tax collected.  We thank you.
