5 Petitgrain Bigarade
5 Pepper Black

Blend #2:

4 Basil Linalool
3 Geranium
2 Pine Sylvester (Scothch)
1 Vetiver

Blend #3 ... add to lotion and apply all over avoiding broken skin or burns

2 Mallow
2 Rosemary Camphor
1 Vervain

Alternate Bath Salt Blend ... add to 1/2 cup bath salts

3 Rosemary
2 Frankincense
1 Lavender
Color White

Proportions are only suggestions and you may alter them to suit your taste, or budget. Keep in mind that to honor the elemental balancing / enhancing therapy of the blend you should keep the top oil predominant, and the reduce as you move down the list, maintaining the order of concentration.
